Green Vessel Conversion
Our “ Green Vessel Conversion” programs are designed to upgrade older less efficiency vessels to
meet todays operational challenges. Many of the commercial vessels in operation today where built in
a time when fuel and oil cost much less. Engine repairs and maintenance cost where also much
less, all the more reason to avoid costly repairs as much as possible.
High Fuel Cost - The cost of fuel keeps going up and will continue to do so. Ranging from $4.00 per
gallon in the US, up to $6.00 a gallon n Canada, and as much as $9.00 a gallon in Europe, fuel costs
are the highest overhead expense.
Lube Oil Expense - Oil changes are expensive. It is possible to extend oil change intervals out as
much as 5 to 7 times. In some cases for up to a year or more.
Exhaust Emission Reduction - This is starting to be something everyone that operates diesel engines
will have to deal with. It is possible to reduce overall emissions output up to 90%, without costly
exhaust filtering systems
Costly Repair and Maintenance - Cleaner fuel and oil keeps engine repair to a minimum
Environmental Damage - New environmentally safe hydraulic oil and lubricants along with eco-friendly
cleaners, degreasers, and overboard discharge filters control the risk of costly fines.

- Convert lighting to LED technology
- Biocide free bottom coatings
- Cleaners and Degreaser upgrade to bio-based solutions
